Srinagar Nov 26 (KNO) : Strongly condemning the attack on the residence of Imtiyaz Parray Senior Congress Leaders from Hajin Bandipora, J&K Pradesh Congress Committee has expressed serious concern over the incident saying that State Govt’s attitude about the security of opposition leaders is irresponsible, oblivious about the security of Opposition especially Congress Party. In a Statement issued today, the Party Spokesperson expressed serious concern over the attack on Parray’s residence saying that State Govt has miserably failed to ensure safety of opposition leaders making them vulnerable, as a result, they are feeling insecure. Apparently, the ruling dispensation is intentionally restricting the movement of Congress Leaders by denying and downsizing their security cover aiming to hide their (PDP BJP’s) failure on all counts. The Spokesperson added that the ruling dispensation led by PDP is desperate enough, as that, they have lost the ground miserably due the wrong and anti-people policies adopted by them. The Spokesperson urged the authorities dealing with security of PPs (political persons) to ensure adequate security cover the Congress leaders thereby ensuring security of their life and property (KNO)
